Returns & Exchanges

Customers have 10 days to return or exchange regular-priced, unused items in original condition with receipt and original packaging for a refund in the form of the original tender. Please note that for both in-store and online purchases, the 10 day period starts from the date your order is delivered.


Refunds are issued once an item has been received and inspected in store. If, for any reason, the item is not returned in its original condition and packaging or is no longer resalable, we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange. If your refund is approved, it will be refunded within 5 business days. We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges.


If you are returning or exchanging your items in store, only a receipt or gift receipt is required.


Exchanges are processed as a new order. We will credit the value of the returned merchandise and charge you for the new order.


After 15 days from the date your order is delivered, items cannot be returned and are a final sale.

All sale items marked 30% off or less are eligible for return or exchange only, within 10 days of the delivery date.


All sale items marked 35% off or more are considered clearance and are FINAL SALE.

Cancellation Policy

With our commitment to process online orders quickly, cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours from the time of order.

 

Please contact us at [email protected] with your cancellation requests. We will notify you if your order is eligible.

 

Clearance items are FINAL SALE.

For safety, health & hygienic reasons, some products are final sale. These products include, but are not limited to:

- Skin care products, toothbrushes & toothpaste once opened

- Face Masks
- Pre-Order Items
- Clearance items
- Gift Card

All items labelled “clearance” are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for store credit.

 

ALTERING AN ORDER 

We are not able to combine orders or refund shipping on multiple orders, as all orders are shipped individually.

 

All sales on Gift Cards are FINAL. These orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENT

Sorry, we do not offer price adjustments.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

The customer will be responsible for your country’s sales tax and/or duties.

International shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks for delivery, depending on the country.

Not all countries offer continued tracking once your package has left Canada. If you are not able to locate your package once it has left Canada, please contact your local postal carrier.

 

RETURN POLICY

Refunds are issued once an item has been received and inspected in store. Any items that are sent that do not meet the requirements of a return will still be seen as a sold item and a customer service representative will be in contact.

 

If you are exchanging your items to the store location or looking for a store credit only a receipt or gift receipt is required.

 

All regular priced items are eligible for return within 10 days of the purchase date, and for exchange or store credit within 14 days of the purchase date.

 

All sale items marked 30% off or less are eligible for return or exchange only, within 10 days of the purchase date.

 

All items must be in original packaging with tags attached.

 

All sale items marked 35% off or more are clearance and are FINAL SALE

 

Gift Cards

Gift Purchases

All gift card purchases purchased online include a gift receipt and a note stating who the gift is from. If you wish to add a personalized greeting to your gift, please enter your message in the “comments” or “remarks” section of your order. We will then add this message on your behalf. If there is no personalized note, the name of the purchaser (based on the billing information) will be used.

 

At this time we do not offer gift wrapping services for on-line purchases.

 

Gift Cards are shipped either via free shipping (for gift cards over $150) via a signature-required delivery or with a shipping charge for gift cards under $150. Please note that gift certificates are non-transferable and any lost gift certificates due to mail issues or otherwise cannot be replaced.

 

Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.
