CONSIGNMENT
To ensure that our customers receive quality items, please ensure:
*All toys and equipment are safe, clean and contain all pieces.
*All clothing is freshly laundered & gently worn (free of stains,
rips, ect.)
*All clothing is appropriate for the season.
*All footwear is “like new” condition (clean soles, no missing laces, ect).
Contract terms and pricing:
* We provide 90 days of selling time in our store for your
consignable items. The term can be as long as 6 months for
non-seasonal items such as books, movies, everyday clothing
and toys- provided we have the space available. Seasonal clothing
items may be less than 90 days display times, if
brought in near the end of the season.
Fall / winter: Sept1st- February 28th
Spring/ summer: March 1st-august 31st
*we price all inventory based on the condition, brand, style,
size and demand. If you wish a minimum payout on a
specific item, it must be in writing at the time of drop off.
*Items will remain in regular price mode until the end of the
season sales. At that time, remaining items will go on sale for 20% off, where it will remain for the balance of the contract.
*You will be paid 40% of the FINAL selling price, before taxes. You can use your account credit in-store or request a cash payout at any time.
*Items deemed not sellable will be donated immediately, unless specified at the time of drop off that you will be back with in 7 days, to pick up the returns. Due to lack of storage space, items remaining after 7 days will be donated.
* Unsold items (if any) at the end of the term will be donated to charity. You are welcome to come in prior to the end of term/season to collect any unsold items. We DO NOT provide reminder calls.
* Account dormant for 24 months (i.e. no account activity) are discontinued and any remaining account credit is forfeited.
* We are not responsible for loss due to fire, theft, or burglary.
We reserve the right to not accept consignment for reasons not previously mentioned.
